Christopher Condon is a distinguished entrepreneur, financial advisor, and former professional tennis player, renowned for his visionary leadership in advancing social impact initiatives, public-private partnerships, and the modernization of legacy technologies. He is a pioneer in digital transformation, particularly through his contributions to Sovereign AI frameworks and the development of innovative technologies that enhance governmental and enterprise efficiency. Additionally, as Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of iByond™, Mr. Condon drives intelligent interoperability to transform siloed enterprise data ecosystems into adaptive networks that enhance operational efficiency. His leadership extends to healthcare through BiodatAi, an advanced platform successfully deployed by the world’s largest healthcare insurer. He also founded Universal Tutor, a gamified mental health platform addressing K-12 education, prison reform, veterans’ support, and senior care. Mr. Condon serves on several boards, including iByond™ & Capstone Joint Venture (insurance innovation), Side Equity Singapore (global lifestyle and diverse ventures), Side Equity Ventures Dubai (advanced technologies, energy, and real estate in MENA), and Oicintra Inc. (mining, energy, and technology). Recognized for his achievements, he was nominated for Tech CEO of the Year 2024 and honored as one of Asia’s Influential Leaders 2025 with the prestigious Dato Sri title from Indonesia’s Royal Family. Lanny S. Cohen is a recognized business technology executive with over 30 years of leadership at top global firms. Mr. Cohen has served as Group Chief Innovation Officer, Global CTO, and CEO of Capgemini North America, and previously as Partner at Ernst & Young. Cohen devised Capgemini’s global innovation strategy, led a network of 16 innovation centers, and helped create the Applied Innovation Exchange. Mr. Cohen is currently Vice Chairman of the Board at iByond and Chief Portfolio Officer. He advises Fortune 1000 companies. Cohen holds a BA from Georgetown, an MBA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and executive training from Kellogg School of Management and Harvard. Mr. Cohen is recognized as one of Consulting Magazine’s Top 25 Most Influential Consultants and has served on the boards of AMCF and TechAmerica.

David Smith is a technologist and one of the foremost systems architects in the world. Mr. Smith was named 1 of 7 top global futurists in the Millennium issue of BusinessWeek and has held numerous executive roles in Healthcare, R&D Education, Government, Commercial and Academia. He is the namesake behind iByond's platform of platforms. As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Smith oversees executive responsibilities for all technology development and deployment for iByond™. Mr. Smith was a principal of In-Q-Tel while with the CIA, wrote the grand challenges for NGA and directed the Tech Futures Program at the NSA. He also led the first semi-conductor roadmap and designed the world’s first quantum computing and biological roadmaps as well as Bio-Crossroads for the State of Indiana. Mr. Smith has given more than 2,000 keynote speeches on technology and speaks weekly as a panelist for the World Talent Economic Forum. In addition to several boards, he sat on the committee that recommissioned all US Federal Labs and is a Fellow at several Universities including IC2 at the University of Texas, FGV in Brazil, SPDS and many other progressional organizations.
