These terms cover your use of ibyond.com. By using the site you accept them. They are not the agreement under which we deliver services to a client, which is always a separate signed contract.

1. Using this site

You may read this site, and share links to it, for any lawful purpose.

Please do not try to gain access to parts of the site that are not public, interfere with how it runs, collect data from it by automated means beyond ordinary search indexing, or use it to send anything unlawful or harmful.

2. What is on it

The text, images, marks and design on this site belong to iByond or are used with permission. The iByond name and logo are our trade marks. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.

You may quote short extracts with attribution. Copying the site, or substantial parts of it, needs our written agreement.

3. It is information, not an offer

This site describes what our platform does. It is written to inform, not to advise, and it is not an offer to contract, an inducement to invest, or a promise of any particular outcome.

Statements about partnerships, deployments and capability reflect our position at the time of writing. Figures attributed to third parties, including the ANGCC partnership announcement, come from those parties.

4. Links elsewhere

Where we link to another organisation we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they contain.

5. Availability

We try to keep the site available and accurate, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. We do not promise it will always be available or free of error.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited in law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
